2.All copper and aluminum rows undergo high-temperature heat treatment (high-temperature annealing) to convert copper and aluminum from the hard state before annealing to the soft state after annealing,greatly enhancing the welding strength at the copper-aluminum transition,and the welding adhesion area is increased from 50% of the unannealed to more than 90%.
3.After the welding is completed,after special processing,there are no obvious welding marks on the surface,the surface of the copper and aluminum workpiece is smooth and smooth,and the end face is free of burrs.
